Pros on Balers

• (1) Left Eject & (1) Right eject available serial numbers are I digit apart
• Installed in 2009 and only have 5,700 and 7,500 hrs on balers (operated at a municipality)
• Both have Accent Baggers on them and balers come with an additional 2.5-3 years of additional bags with them.
• Eject rams were upgraded and have extended strokes that push bales completely out of the chamber.
• Balers were operated less than 8 hours a day, Two balers were more for redundancy than for production.
• Only reason balers are being replaced is because Municipality have funds, they need to use so they are upgrading to newer units.

• Oil in balers are drained annually, tanks cleaned and filtered oil back in tank. Oil changed out if needed.

Minor Issues to buyer needs to address

• One baler has just been disassembled already and being stored indoors at the facility. (so can not be seen in operation)/ Other baler is in operation currently
• Upon visual inspection some stress cracks were seen on gather ram, but didn’t impact the way baler was operating (want to be transparent with buyer, and should be address)
